HEALTH CHECK UP

I do feel that every human being should think about yearly check up of health seriously and consistently year after year and preserve it in a very systematic way. This is the only way to keep track of your health .
You cannot be foolished in a very fine morning that you have achieved kidney failure, or blockage in artery or diabetic or cancer or any chronic diseases which needs huge fund for medical treatment with the only hope not to get relief from that disease throughout your life except to keep it under control.
First time if you catch any deadly disease it can be possible to treat and avoid any extreme situation.

WHAT IS BMI ?

BMI IS BODY MASS INDEX. WHAT I THINK IS THE FIRST STEP TO FOLLOW UP YOUR HEALTH POSITION.
THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE CALCULATION :
BMI= WEIGHT[KGS]/ HEIGHT[MTR] X HEIGHT[MTR]
NOW SUPPOSE SOMEONE'S WEIGHT = 56 KGS
HIS HEIGHT IS = 5'4" =64" =64X.0254=1.6256 X 1.6256= 2.6425
SO AS PER EXAMPLE =56 / 2.6425 =21.19
SO THE PERSON'S BMI STANDS TO 21.19

NOW GO TO THE FOLLOWING CHART :
BELOW 18.5 = UNDERWEIGHT
18.5 TO 24.9 = NORMAL
25.0 TO 29.9 = OVERWEIGHT
OVER 30 = OBESITY

What is Oxidative Stress ?

IF THESE FREE RADICALS ARE NOT RAPIDLY NEUTRALIZED BY ANTIOXIDANT M THEY MAY CREATE EVEN MORE VOLATILE FREE RADICALS OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CELL MEMBRANE, VESSEL WALL, PROTEINS , FATS OR EVEN THE DNA NUCLEUS OF THE CELL , SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL LITERATURE REFERS TO THIS DAMAGE AS OXIDATIVE STRESS.

Know Free Radical

Free Radical : Free Radicals are mainly oxygen molecules or atoms that have at least one unpaired electron in their outer orbit . In the process of utilizing oxygen during normal metabolism within the cell to create energy (called oxidation). Active free oxygen radicals are created . They essentially have an electrical charge and desire to try to get an electron from any molecule or substances in the vicinity. Their violent movement have clinically shown to create bursts of light within the body.
